  • How secure is your payment?
    Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Wix Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal which are extremely secure and highly encrypted payment solutions designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
  • What payment types do you offer?
    We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you're a bit more tech-savvy, we offer PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Are your products American made?
    Though not strictly made in America yet, our products are sourced in the Americas from Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, and the US.
  • When will I get my order?
    Usually, it takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: Standard Shipping: 3 - 4 business days after fulfillment Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days after fulfillment
  • Where will my order ship from?
    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with multiple facilities in the US. Our main fulfilment center is in Texas, but we also use other facilities across the US.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address Ask your local post office if they have your package Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@onehundredpercentamerican.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • What about lost or stolen packages?
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • How do I track my order?
    Yay, time to celebrate - It's on its way! After we pass your order to our logistics partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a tracking link. This will take you directly to a track your shipment page so you can follow the live tracking updates. If you can't find the shipping confirmation please send us an email to info@onehundredpercentamerican.com and we will help you out.
  • How much do I pay for shipping?
    We are currently offering FREE Shipping on all orders! Below you can see the detailed shipping options and rates we offer: Standard Shipping (3-4 business days after fulfillment) Order amount: Over $1 Shipping Cost: Free Express Shipping (1-3 business days after fulfillment) Shipping Cost: $16.95
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Oops, your products not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has NOT shipped, please send us the new details and we will do our best to change this for you. If your order has been shipped, don't panic! You can still try to redirect it via the courier tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email. *Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We are currently focused on serving our domestic customers and do not offer international shipping at this time. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality clothing promptly and efficiently within the United States. We appreciate your understanding and interest in our products.   • How are your products made?
    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Tip: Check out Printful's production footage to see how we fulfill specific products.
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@onehundredpercentamerican.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • What’s your return policy?
    Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund. To start a return please let us know by contacting us at info@onehundredpercentamerican.com
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes we offer refunds as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery. To start a return please contact us at info@onehundredpercentamerican.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    If you would like to change your product for a different style or size, we can help you out as long as the order has not shipped. If the order however has been fulfilled please return your unwanted item and place a new order. To start a return please email us at info@onehundredpercentamerican.com.
  • How do I return/exchange a product?
    To initiate a return, please email info@onehundredpercentamerican.com with your order number and email address used at checkout. All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you place your order.
