Processing Times
Each product is made to order, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste, contributing to more sustainable purchasing choices. We appreciate your support in this effort.
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends), regardless of shipping method. Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Once shipped, delivery times are subject to carrier delays beyond our control. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed. Tracking updates may take up to 7 days.
While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Express Shipping
Selection of express shipping (1-3 business day shipping) are still subject to processing times by our fulfillment team.
Delivery Times & Status
Delivery times at checkout are estimates. The carrier will provide delivery updates via your tracking number. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by USPS once the order has shipped from our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied? You can return your item within 30 days for a refund (fees may apply) or store credit. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Once received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

No signs of wear, including stains, perfumes, or pet hair.

Sale items and gift cards are final and non-refundable.

Orders with discount codes are eligible for store credit only.

Exchanges are only available for size adjustments (if stock allows). For a different product, choose store credit and place a new order.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
Order Changes/Cancellations
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will attempt to stop or adjust the shipment. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. You may still return eligible items after receiving them.
For changes to sizes, or to add/remove items, reach out before the order is processed for fulfillment.

Items Purchased with a Discount Code or on Sale
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Packaging: Items must be returned in their original mailer or an equivalent-weight package. Incorrect packaging resulting in postage due will have that amount deducted from your refund.
Non-Qualifying Returns: Items showing signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will be returned to the customer at their expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns missing original packaging or tags.
Shipping fees, gift cards, and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, properly formatted, and that your mailbox is visible and secure.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and should verify it before and after placing an order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders sent to incorrect addresses. Contact us promptly for any corrections.
Missing and Undeliverable Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check surrounding areas and with neighbors. Carriers may prematurely mark packages as delivered, so allow a few extra days for it to arrive. If the package is still missing, contact your local carrier or post office for assistance, including filing a missing package claim.
We are not responsible for reshipping or reimbursing stolen packages, so please ensure your address is accurate, visible, and secure. Consider signing up for delivery alerts or providing specific delivery instructions.
For packages marked "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender," common reasons include incorrect address formatting, unknown addressee, or lack of a secure delivery location. If the package is returned to us, we may reship it to a corrected address (for domestic orders only). If the second attempt fails, only the item value will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
